Yes, our adapters and components use standard industry connections including pyramid adapters (4-hole pattern) and standard tube clamp diameters (30mm, 34mm). This ensures compatibility with most prosthetic systems from other manufacturers.
We offer a 2-year warranty on all structural components against manufacturing defects. Our hydraulic knee joints come with an extended 5-year warranty. Warranty coverage requires products to be used within specified weight limits and activity levels.

Standard products are typically shipped within 3–5 business days for stock items. Custom orders or large volume orders may require 2–4 weeks. We recommend contacting us for specific lead times based on your requirements.
Our knee joints cover the full range of activity levels from K1 (limited household ambulation) to K4 (high-impact activities). Each product page specifies the recommended activity levels. For K3–K4 users, we recommend our hydraulic knee joints like the Falcon prosthetic knee joint.
